By registering an account on pkr22, depositing funds, participating in any game or betting activity, or simply accessing the pkr22 website, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions in full.

These Terms apply to all users of the pkr22 platform regardless of how they access the site — desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other device. pkr22 does not operate a dedicated downloadable application; all services are delivered via the web browser interface.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the pkr22 Privacy Policy and the pkr22 Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which form part of the same binding agreement. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless a specific provision states otherwise.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkr22 Login credentials, including your username and password. Specifically:

• You must not disclose your pkr22 Login password to any third party, including pkr22 support staff. pkr22 representatives will never ask for your password.
• You must use a strong, unique password for your pkr22 account and change it if you believe it has been compromised.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your pkr22 account, whether or not authorized by you, until you notify pkr22 of a breach.
• You must notify pkr22 support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your pkr22 account.

pkr22 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these account security obligations.

pkr22 accepts deposits through the following payment methods available to Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank IBFT, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency.

• Minimum deposits: Minimum deposit amounts per payment method are published in the pkr22 Cashier section and may be updated from time to time.
• Currency: The primary account currency on pkr22 is Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Crypto deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing rate at the time of transaction.
• No third-party payments: Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. pkr22 does not accept deposits from accounts belonging to third parties.
• Deposit processing: JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits process near-instantly. Bank transfers typically credit within 5–15 minutes during business hours. pkr22 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Anti-money laundering: pkr22 operates in accordance with internationally recognized anti-money laundering standards. Any deposit activity that raises suspicion will be investigated and may result in account restriction pending review.

Players may request withdrawal of real-money balances (excluding active bonus funds) subject to the following conditions:

• Identity verification: All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. pkr22 may request additional identity or payment verification documents before processing a withdrawal.
• Withdrawal to same method: pkr22 operates a same-source withdrawal policy wherever technically possible. Funds deposited via JazzCash will normally be returned to the same JazzCash account; funds deposited via bank transfer will normally be returned to the same bank account.

• Withdrawal holds: pkr22 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawals pending verification checks, particularly for large amounts or first-time withdrawals from an account.
• No bonus funds: Active bonus balances may not be withdrawn directly. They must first be converted to real-money balance by satisfying applicable wagering requirements.

pkr22 processes all compliant withdrawal requests in good faith and within the timelines described above. Delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or public holidays are outside pkr22's control.

pkr22 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Wagering requirements: All deposit bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. pkr22 reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its discretion.

All betting and gaming activity on pkr22 is subject to the specific rules governing each game or betting market, which are available within each game interface and betting section. The following general rules apply across all pkr22 services:

• Finality of results: All game and bet outcomes are final once confirmed by the pkr22 system. Results determined by certified RNG (Random Number Generator) systems or live dealer equipment are binding.
• Insufficient funds: Bets cannot be placed if your pkr22 account does not have sufficient real-money or eligible bonus balance to cover the stake.
• Technical errors: In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or software error, pkr22 will investigate and resolve the incident. Bets settled as a result of a demonstrable system error may be voided.

• Registering more than one pkr22 account in your own name or any other name
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain advantage in games or betting
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors knowingly for financial gain
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in live dealer or card game formats
• Using the pkr22 platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Engaging in or attempting to engage in any form of fraud, including chargebacks on legitimate deposits

All content on the pkr22 platform — including but not limited to website design, graphics, logos, trademarks, software, game interfaces, text, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of pkr22 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pkr22 platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any pkr22 content
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on pkr22 content
• Use the pkr22 brand, logo, or trademarks without prior written consent
• Frame, deep-link, or otherwise embed pkr22 content on third-party websites

Any unauthorized use of pkr22 intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

pkr22 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Provision of false or misleading registration information
• Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the stipulated timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or money laundering activity
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions raised without legitimate grounds
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding twelve (12) months
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from a verified problem gambling support service

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for administrative reasons unrelated to a breach, pkr22 will return any verified real-money balance to the account holder via their registered payment method.

You may close your pkr22 account voluntarily at any time by contacting pkr22 support via live chat. Voluntary account closures will be processed within 5 business days.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to pkr22's operating jurisdiction. pkr22 operates under internationally recognized gaming standards and complies with the applicable regulations of its licensing authority.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms that cannot be resolved through pkr22's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to binding arbitration or the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in pkr22's operating jurisdiction, as applicable.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

pkr22 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, pkr22 will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on file and will publish the updated Terms on the pkr22 website with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the pkr22 platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the pkr22 platform and may request account closure.

It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms to ensure you are aware of the current version. pkr22 accepts no liability for your failure to review updated Terms following reasonable notice.
